For those who want to spoil their partner or simply enjoy a personalised 5 course dinner prepared and cooked by an experienced chef, Pavilions at Lenswood offers in-house dinning and weather permitting; dinner under the stars. The selection of cuisine can be tailored to your preference.
Starter
- Bread/sourdough starter with warm olives, dukkah + olive oil
Entree – please select 2 dishes from the following:
- Porcini Arancini | smoked garlic | truffle | pecorino
- Cured Ocean Trout | gin | pickled radish | fennel | wasabi
- Lamb Cutlet | pangrattato | pomegranate | sticky glaze
Mains – please select 2 dishes from the following:
- Eye Fillet | cauliflower | broccolini | jamon | glaze
- Kiev cut chicken | sweet corn | prosciutto | maple | baby carrots | jus
- Harris Salmon | smashed cucumber | quinoa | brown rice | caper butter
Desserts – please select 2 dishes from the following:
- Chocolate pastry | chocolate caramel | chocolate mousse | dark chocolate ganache
- Spiced Macadamia crumb | passionfruit curd | banana cream | caramelised white chocolate mousse
- Walnut + date pudding | butterscotch | vanilla cream | mascarpone
