For those who want to spoil their partner or simply enjoy a personalised 5 course dinner prepared and cooked by an experienced chef, Pavilions at Lenswood offers in-house dinning and weather permitting; dinner under the stars. The selection of cuisine can be tailored to your preference.

Entree – please select 2 dishes from the following:

• Natural oysters, champagne & fennel vinaigrette
• Chox pastry, chicken parfait, madera
• Seared Shark Bay scallops, yuzu bernaise
• Whole baked Adelaide hills camembert, Koerner white wine, confit shallots, baguette.(this dish is served 1 between 2 as its a large piece of cheese)
• Port Lincoln kingfish, Paris creek yoghurt, green garlic, shallot

Mains – please select 2 dishes from the following:

• Coq a Vin- Nomad chicken braised in Koerner red, tomatoes, pancetta & shallots
• Braised wagyu short rib, pomme aligot
• 300g MS4+ sirloin, jus gras, vichy carrots
• Magra lamb rump, creme fraiche polenta, persilade
• Bouillabaisse, Spencer Gulf king prawn, flat head, local mussels, saffron, tomato and lobster broth, served with baguette ( extra $70 | shared for two)

• Leaf salad, citrus, parmesan, hazelnuts.
