Pavilions at Lenswood is tailored towards couples looking to relax, recharge and reconnect. The accommodation is also the perfect destination to celebrate special occasions and milestones.

In addition, due to the proximity of many fantastic cellar doors and event spaces, many guests choose the accommodation for either their wedding night and  weekend, or to host bridal parties, parents of the bride or groom and general wedding guests. We do however ask that you contact us prior to booking for such an event as guest privacy and maximum pavilion capacity determined by council are strictly enforced.

If you wish to use any of our pavilions for weddings or any other occasion that requires additional people to attend and exceed what the relevant pavilions occupancy is licensed for, management must be notified. For privacy and security reasons, any third party providers and suppliers you would like to attend during your stay, management must also be notified in writing of such requests.

The accommodation is not to be used for hens parties, engagement parties or other celebrations where the maximum occupancy per pavilion is exceeded.
Any additional guest found to be on site in a pavilion that exceeds the intended occupancy, a $250 per person additional cleaning fee will apply and this will be debited from the credit card held on file.

Groups, private functions and gardens

Please note, the accommodation is strictly for a maximum of 2 people per pavilion for all pavilions except Fika, which has a maximum of 4 persons permitted at any one time.

If you wish to book all 6 pavilions and hire out the entire accommodation for your special event, you are more than welcome as the accommodation is perfectly suited to such events.
