Check-in time is 3:00pm on the day of your booking, and as we know you won’t want to leave, Pavilions at Lenswood offer a generous late check-out time of 11:00am on the day of departure.
Pavilions at Lenswood are self-contained pavilions. We do not offer a turn down service nor are they cleaned every night during your stay.
A minimum 3-night stay is required for long weekends.
A minimum 2-night stay is required for all bookings with either a check-in or check-out on the 25th December.
A minimum 3-night stay is required for all bookings made during Easter at the weekend rate.
Sorry, no smoking inside the pavilions. Additional cleaning fees of $250.00 will apply if guests have smoked inside. Guests are welcome to smoke outside, however, due to bushfire risks, we ask all guests to dispose of cigarette butts in the rubbish bins provided and to not litter on the grounds.
We do not cater for little ones unfortunately. Pavilions at Lenswood offers an Adults Only experience focused on a relaxation getaway with a maximum of 2 adults per pavilion.
Pavilions at Lenswood does not allow pets. There are several cat and dog boarding facilities nearby should you need to board your pets.
The accommodation is strictly for a maximum of 2 people per pavilion. For a wedding or special function of up to 4 guests, we recommend you book both pavilions at the same time. Unfortunately, as part of our development application no more than 2 people can be accommodated per pavilion at the same time, there is no rollout or sofa bed option. An additional charge of $250 will apply if additional guests have stayed.

Due to current circumstances we understand that situations for guests can change rapidly, therefore we have updated our booking cancellation terms and conditions. All cancellations must be in writing.
A) If you and or your partner have tested positive, are suffering from symptoms or are required to isolate due to being a close contact, please notify us and provide evidence (e.g. a medical certificate) at least 24 hours prior to your stay to receive a credit for the full amount of your stay.
B) You are prevented from travelling due to State, Territory or Commonwealth government travel restrictions and you advise us that you are unable to travel at least seven (7) days before the date of your stay (or such shorter period where such restrictions are imposed in a shorter timeframe) to receive a credit for the full amount of your stay.
Should the reservation be cancelled within that 24 hour window, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Best Flexible Rates: Changes and cancellations are permitted up until 3pm accommodation local time outside 72 hours prior to arrival. Changes or cancellations within this time will be charged in full. No shows will also be charged in full.
Non-Refundable Rates: In order to offer you this special price please be aware that no changes or cancellations are possible, even under Covid-19 conditions and cancellation
A $100 security bond will be deducted from the supplied credit card at time of booking which will be refunded after your stay. This security bond and credit card help against your booking may however be charged for damage and any additional cleaning fees that may occur as a result of your stay.
Additional cleaning fees may be applicable if the accommodation is not left in what is considered a ‘reasonable’ condition. This applies to damages, breakage and excessively soiled linen. We understand accidents happen, however we ask all guests to please consider and respect the facilities and enable those guests who are due to stay after you the ability to enjoy and experience the same quality of stay we hope to provide every guest.
Accommodation facilities are able to remain open during lockdowns, however we understand that guests may not or will not be allowed to travel to visit and stay. Therefore in the event of a state enforce lockdown all guests affected will receive a credit for the full stay of their booking with no administration fees deducted, along with holding the booked price for a period of 12 months. All other booking and cancellations conditions apply.

Bookings are considered tentative until paid in full, bookings are required to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings not paid in full 21 days prior to arrival will be cancelled. Exceptions apply to bookings made inside these payment windows. Cancellation policy applies to bookings that are cancelled due to incomplete payments.
