Dinner Under the Stars

We have several dining options available exclusively for guests, excludes accommodation

Whilst there are many fantastic and amazing culinary experiences to be had in the Adelaide Hills after dark, for those that wish to stay in and have dinner cooked for them, we have several different options available.

Any orders received within the 7 days of booking date will be refunded with the 2.8% credit card surcharge deducted from the paid amount.

Chef Experience
Option 1 - Modern Australian

5 courses $525 (per couple)

For those who want to spoil their partner or simply enjoy a personalised 5 course dinner prepared and cooked by an experienced chef, Pavilions at Lenswood offers in-house dinning and weather permitting; dinner under the stars. The selection of cuisine can be tailored to your preference.

Note: A minimum 7 days notice is required for any orders.

Please note the following dates are currently unavailable for our chef experience: 23rd - 25th May and June 27th and 28th

Starter
  • Bread/sourdough starter with warm olives, dukkah + olive oil
Entree - please select 2 dishes from the following:
  • Porcini Arancini | smoked garlic | truffle | pecorino
  • Cured Ocean Trout | gin | pickled radish | fennel | wasabi
  • Lamb Cutlet | pangrattato | pomegranate | sticky glaze
Mains - please select 2 dishes from the following:
  • Eye Fillet | cauliflower | broccolini | jamon | glaze
  • Kiev cut chicken | sweet corn | prosciutto | maple | baby carrots | jus
  • Harris Salmon | smashed cucumber | quinoa | brown rice | caper butter
Desserts - please select 2 dishes from the following:
  • Chocolate pastry | chocolate caramel | chocolate mousse | dark chocolate ganache
  • Mahalia | Matcha, lemon crumb, pistacio and white chocolate ganache
  • Walnut + date pudding | butterscotch | vanilla cream | mascarpone
