Here you will experience their wine making operation and enjoy a taste of their range of wines where they are made. LEKO is their sister brand and represents Lenswood and Koerner. Leko’s focus is to work with select vineyards in Piccadilly and Lenswood for Chardonnay and lighter style reds such as Pinot Noir and Merlot their main goal. They have just planted their own vineyard in Lenswood, which will see Gamay enter the portfolio in the coming years.

The Lobethal Bierhaus incorporates a bespoke Malthouse (one of the very first of its kind in Australia), an all grain micro-brewery (brew length 1200 litres), cellar door tasting and sales, and an accompanying restaurant. Elegant and welcoming, Somerled is a fully family-owned cellar bar in the village of Hahndorf.
Wines are made by patriarch Rob Moody, who has over 50 years in the industry, including making the Penfolds Granges of the 1970s.
Rob and wife Heather will often be seen enjoying a drink at the bar of an evening!
Daughter Lucy has the fires going in winter, and the courtyards open in summer.
Wines are sold only via their cellar bar and wine club, so while you are in the Hills come and enjoy a tasting flight, gorgeous nibbles and a glass or half glass of something special.

Tilbrook Estate’s philosophy was simple: “Hand made by our hands”. They were one of only a few Adelaide Hills wineries that did everything from growing the grapes, to making the wine to bottling it themselves. Tilbrook relocated both the winery and cellar door in 2018 from the old Onkaparinga Woollen Mill to their current location in Lenswood. This is where they began to realise their dream of building an environmentally friendly cellar door for all to enjoy.
