Amenities and items are provided in line with the length of your stay. We do listen to what our guests would like us to provide, and we offer more than adequate items for a luxury stay. Please understand that if for example you burn the open fire for the duration of the entire day and run out of firewood, or you drink all of the milk provided and you require further supplies, purchase of replenishing these items is your responsibility.
There is a 2 night minimum stay for Friday and Saturday nights only. All other nights can be booked as 1 night stays, however we recommend 2 nights + to be able to truly enjoy the comfort, relaxation and luxury the Pavilions at Lenswood offer.

If you are driving in from Melbourne there are many turn offs from the South Eastern Freeway that you can take. We recommend the Mount Barker or Bridgewater exit; this will lead you on to Swamp Road, which is a main scenic road in the Adelaide Hills.
Unfortunately not, part of the charm of staying at the Pavilions is its relatively remoteness. A car is required and we have chauffeur partners should you require. Uber and Taxis are available, the fare will vary depending on distance travelled, however from the Adelaide CBD, A fare of approx. $70 -$80 one way should be expected.
A light continental breakfast is supplied for the first morning of your stay, this consists of tea, Nespresso Coffee Pods, small milk, bread, spreads, a selection of either muesli, Weetbix or oats, fruit, 2 eggs and yoghurt. Please note, we do not supply enough of each item for 2 people to enjoy each, it is supplied as a selection as we understand people have different tastes.
Your Pavilions at Lenswood welcome pack is seasonally based and is subject to change. Whilst most of the food is vegan friendly, if you have significant food preferences, may we suggest that you bring these with you.
Whilst we endeavour to accomodate our guests’ dietary requirements where possible, if you do require particular items may we suggest that you bring these along with you.
Guests are provided with ample firewood for their stay. However, if they do run out or would like more we have a woodshed onsite. Guests can take additional wood from there or can call our friendly staff for assistance. Our Kyui*, Mysa and Fika Pavilions all have gas fireplaces and do not require firewood. Kyui also features an outside woodfire place that can be used outside of the fire season (Nov 1 – April 30) or total fire ban days.
Only our Fika Pavilion contains a full sized fridge with freezer. Whilst the accommodation is described as self contained, the galley kitchen and nature of short term stays for our other 5 pavilions do not lend itself to freezer requirements. We do however provide ice machines in all pavilions for your convenience.
Pavilions at Lenswood are self-contained pavilions. We do not offer a turn down service nor are they cleaned every night during your stay. However for bookings of 4 or more consecutive nights in the same pavilion, we do offer a mid-stay clean and change of towels to freshen up your stay.
