About the accommodation

Check-in and check-out time

Check-in time is 3:00pm on the day of your booking, with check-out 10am on the day of your departure. Due to the time required to clean and re-stock the pavilions, check in and check out times must be adhered to.

Cleaning

Pavilions at Lenswood are self-contained pavilions. We do not offer a turn down service nor are they cleaned every night during your stay.

Booking conditions

Long Weekends

A minimum 3-night stay is required for long weekends.

Christmas

A minimum 2-night stay is required for all bookings with either a check-in or check-out on the 25th December.

Easter

A minimum 3-night stay is required for all bookings made during Easter at the weekend rate.

No Smoking

Sorry, no smoking inside the pavilions. Additional cleaning fees of $250.00 will apply if guests have smoked inside. Guests are welcome to smoke outside, however, due to bushfire risks, we ask all guests to dispose of cigarette butts in the rubbish bins provided and to not litter on the grounds.

Children

We do not cater for little ones unfortunately. Pavilions at Lenswood offers an Adults Only experience focused on a relaxation getaway with a maximum of 2 adults per pavilion.

Pets

Pavilions at Lenswood does not allow pets. There are several cat and dog boarding facilities nearby should you need to board your pets.

Groups

Please note, the accommodation is strictly for a maximum of 2 people per pavilion for all pavilions except Fika, which has a maximum of 4 persons permitted at any one time.

If you wish to book all 6 pavilions and hire out the entire accommodation for your special event, you are more than welcome as the accommodation is perfectly suited to such events. To enquire about such packages or use of our grounds and gardens, please contact us at reception@pavilionsatlenswood.com.au as this must be done by special request and approved by management prior to booking.

Any additional guest found to be on site in a pavilion that exceeds the intended occupancy, a $250 per person additional cleaning fee will apply and this will be debited from the credit card held on file.

Cancellation policy

  • Due to current circumstances we understand that situations for guests can change rapidly, therefore we have updated our booking cancellation terms and conditions. All cancellations must be in writing.

    • Cancellation notifications of more than 30 days prior to arrival date for…
      • A one night stay will incur a $50 cancellation fee plus 1.8% credit card surcharge deducted from your paid deposit with the balance refunded
      • 2 or more nights stay will incur a $50 cancellation fee and 2% processing fee deducted from your paid deposit with the balance refunded. 
      • Alternatively, bookings can be moved to another available date.
    • Cancellation notifications of 14 to 30 days,
      • Option 1: funds can be applied against a future booking within a 12-month period from the date of the original booking.
      • Option 2: will incur a non-refundable $100 administration fee deducted from your amount paid, with the balance refunded or credited.
    • Cancellation notifications between 8 and 13 days prior to your arrival date will incur a non-refundable $100 fee deducted from your amount paid with the remainder credited.
    • Cancellation notifications between 7 and 2 days prior to your arrival date will incur a non-refundable $250 fee deducted from your amount paid for the first night and a 50% deduction for each additional night, with the balance refunded or credited.+
    • Cancellation notifications 48 hours or less prior to your arrival date, will incur a 100% administration fee deducted from the balance paid.+
  • We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to provide protection against loss due to cancellation, illness, injury, death, loss of luggage, inability to travel due to a CFS catastrophic fire rating warning.
  • Once bookings are cancelled, these dates will be open as available bookings and may no longer be available if you change your mind.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase, are transferrable but not refundable for cash.

Transferring Between Pavilions: If transferring between pavilions after initial booking, a $50 admin fee plus any difference in the nightly rate will apply.

Best Flexible Rates: Changes and cancellations are permitted up until 3pm accommodation local time outside 72 hours prior to arrival. Changes or cancellations within this time will be charged in full. No shows will also be charged in full. 

Non-Refundable Rates: In order to offer you this special price please be aware that no changes or cancellations are possible, even under Covid-19 conditions and cancellation

Damages and additional cleaning fees

A $100 security bond will be deducted from the supplied credit card at time of booking which will be refunded after your stay. This security bond and credit card help against your booking may however be charged for damage and any additional cleaning fees that may occur as a result of your stay.

Additional cleaning fees may be applicable if the accommodation is not left in what is considered a ‘reasonable’ condition. This applies to damages, breakage and excessively soiled linen. We understand accidents happen, however we ask all guests to please consider and respect the facilities and enable those guests who are due to stay after you the ability to enjoy and experience the same quality of stay we hope to provide every guest.

In the event of a state enforced lock down

Accommodation facilities are able to remain open during lockdowns, however we understand that guests may not or will not be allowed to travel to visit and stay. Therefore in the event of a state enforce lockdown all guests affected will receive a credit for the full stay of their booking with no administration fees deducted, along with holding the booked price for a period of 12 months. All other booking and cancellations conditions apply.

Personal Belongings

Pavilions at Lenswood is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal affects incurred during your stay. Whilst every endeavour is undertaken to ensure the accommodation is maintained to the highest standards for your enjoyment and safety, the use or the misuse of items during your stay, is the responsibility of the guests. For example, if you use the iron and it marks or damages your clothing, this is not the responsibility of Pavilions at Lenswood to replace the item.

By ticking the terms and conditions box at time of booking you accept you have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions of stay.

Booking confirmations

Bookings are considered tentative until paid in full, bookings are required to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings not paid in full 21 days prior to arrival will be cancelled. Exceptions apply to bookings made inside these payment windows. Cancellation policy applies to bookings that are cancelled due to incomplete payments.
