Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy

  • Due to current circumstances we understand that situations for guests can change rapidly, therefore we have updated our booking cancellation terms and conditions.

  • All cancellations must be in writing.

    • Cancellation notifications of more than 30 days prior to arrival date will incur a $10.00 processing fee deducted from your paid deposit with the balance refunded. Alternatively, bookings can be moved to another available date.
    • Cancellation notifications
    • 14 to 30 days,
      • Option 1: funds can be applied against a future booking within a 12-month period from the date of the original booking.
      • Option 2: will incur a non-refundable $100 fee deducted from your amount paid, with the balance refunded.
    • 8 to 13 days
      Will incur a non-refundable $250 fee.
    • 7 to 2 days
      Will incur a non-refundable $250 fee for the first night and a 50% deduction for each additional night, with the balance credited or refunded.
    • 48 hours or less
      No refunds will be issued
  • We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to provide protection against loss due to cancellation
  • Once bookings are cancelled, these dates will be open as available bookings and may no longer be available if you change your mind.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase, are transferrable but not refundable for cash.

Damages and additional cleaning fees

A $100 security bond will be deducted from the supplied credit card at time of booking which will be refunded after your stay. This security bond and credit card held against your booking may however be charged for damage and any additional cleaning fees that may occur as a result of your stay.

Additional cleaning fees may be applicable if the accommodation is not left in what is considered a ‘reasonable’ condition. This applies to damages, breakage and excessively soiled linen. We understand accidents happen, however we ask all guests to please consider and respect the facilities and enable those guests who are due to stay after you the ability to enjoy and experience the same quality of stay we hope to provide every guest.

In the event of a State enforced lock down

Accommodation facilities are able to remain open during lockdowns, however we understand that guests may not or will not be allowed to travel to visit and stay. Therefore in the event of a State enforced lockdown all guests affected will receive a credit for the full stay of their booking with no administration fees deducted, along with holding the booked price for a period of 12 months.
