Check-out is at 10AM and the property must be vacated prior to this time, unless communicated and agreed to prior with guest services. We do have the ability to extend check out to 12pm for an additional price of $150 and this can be added to your booking by contacting our team, or accessing your booking via the booking portal located on your booking confirmation.
Before departure please complete the following checklist
Ensure the property is left as you found it in a neat and tidy manner
Remove all food and drinks from the fridge and discard in the bins provided (if not taking with you)
Check each room for personal items
Turn off all lights, heaters and air conditioners
Ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked
Place key back in keysafe lock box (Ruhe and Merak only)
