Standard check in at Pavilions at Lenswood is 3.00pm unless communicated and agreed to prior with guest services. We do have the ability to check in 1pm for an additional price of $150 and this can be added to your booking by contacting our team, or accessing your booking via the booking portal located on your booking confirmation.
On your day of arrival, you can proceed directly to the pavilion as we offer contactless check in and there is no reception on site. Depending on the pavilion you are staying in, there is either a electronic key pad on the front door or a key safe located next to the front door (Ruhe and Merak only).
The access code will be sent to you by email and SMS 5-7 days prior to your arrival.
