Pavilions at Lenswood guests can enjoy the opportunity to have a one on one Pizza Masterclass with Enrico. This masterclass is for 2 people and includes the course, a glass of fizz on arrival, and dinner afterwards. Available Fridays starting at 3.00 pm for $500 per couple – bookings essential.

A little bit about Enrico Sgarbossa
As a flour technician and master pizza chef, he has worked as a flour consultant for more than 13 years, teaching pizza makers and amateurs the best way ‘to do pizza’. He won the best pizza in Europe in 2014 and opened and recently sold a world renowned Pizzeria in Sydney in 2016.
