The cleaning of your room commences with housekeeping removing all used toiletry and guest amenity items, along with all linen, robes, towels and rubbish.
The team performs a full clean of the room, bathroom and kitchen including the fire place (if used), dishes, vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping down all appliances and surfaces with premium quality cleaning products. Bathroom cleaning consists of; the shower screen, basin, all taps, vanity, mirror and toilet.
Then, using trusted brand name products, we do an additional disinfecting step for all high-touch surfaces in the room, including light switches, remote controls, handles and door knobs.
Hot tub / spa is chemically treated and decks cleaned.
After the room is thoroughly cleaned, we replace the towels and make up the bed with freshly laundered linen and restock the kitchen and guest amenities and compliments, along with any fireplace needs.
In addition the top areas of your pavilion are cleaned fortnightly consisting of ceiling fans, tops of cupboards, blinds and TV, air con and filters along with windows.
Upon your arrival, you’ll have complete peace of mind that the room is clean and ready for your stay. To assist with hand hygiene, Pavilions at Lenswood also provide liquid soap, dish washing liquid and hand sanitiser for all guests.
